  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States (all 50 states)
  • U.S. Territories & APO/FPO addresses (some restrictions may apply)

We do not currently offer international shipping.


3. Shipping Times & Methods

🛋️ Standard Furniture Shipping (for sofas and large items):

  • Delivery Time: 5–12 business days, depending on your location
  • Carrier: Freight or white-glove delivery partners
  • A delivery appointment may be required for oversized items

📦 Smaller Packages (accessories, cushions, etc.):

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Carrier: USPS, UPS, or FedEx

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping is available on most orders over $[Insert threshold]
  • Exact shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination
  • Additional charges may apply for remote or oversized deliveries

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues

If your item is lost, delayed, or marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check around your property or ask neighbors
  2. Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  3. If unresolved, email us at [email protected] and we’ll help investigate

7. Damaged Shipments

If your package or furniture arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the damage and retain all original packaging
  • Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on the circumstances

8. Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately. We can only update addresses before your item has been shipped. 928-534-3834
